How Much Does Delivery Cost?

Shipping cost is charged per the delivery options you will choose on checkout page.

When Will I Receive My Order?

Immediately after you place an order with us, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your order. Orders are usually ready for delivery within 5-10 days, sometimes more and sometimes less. For instance, some of our products are ready to ship immediately and some can take a bit longer in production. We’re always happy to check on an item’s availability before you place your order so please feel free to Contact Us with any questions!

How Will My Order Ship?

Once your order is ready to leave our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email with details of how/when your order will ship, including any applicable tracking info.

Return Policy

Puerh Coffee offers a 30 Day Return Policy. If for any reason a customer is unsatisfied with their purchase, they can contact us within 30 days of taking delivery, and return the product for a refund. The return will be subject to the terms and conditions listed below.

30 Day Return Policy Terms and Conditions

  1. The customer must submit RMA at Contact Us within 30 days from the date of purchase and prior to organizing return of the equipment.
  2. Puerh Coffee will provide a RMA form with RMA Number, printed and puted into the shipping carton.
  3. Details for the reason of return should be provided upon request. If Puerh Coffee feels that more proof is needed to formally damage the product, the customer is obliged to provide corresponding pictures or videos.
  4. If Puerh Coffee feels the issue(s) can be addressed, and the customer is willing to implement the recommendations provided by Puerh Coffee, then the 30 day return period can be extended by mutual agreement, and will be annotated in writing to the customer.
  5. Product must be returned within 7 days of receiving the RMA Number from Puerh Coffee.
    The refund will be for the amount of the original purchase price, excluding:
    • A 15% restocking fee.
    • The cost of any consumable items that were opened or used.
    • The cost of any accessories not returned to Puerh Coffee.
    • The cost of any necessary repair for a product returned with damage.
    • The original delivery cost as specified in the customer’s order.
    • The cost for returning the product (if organized by Puerh Coffee).

If any of the above terms are not accepted and/or met, then the return will be rejected and no refund issued. Rejected returns are to be collected by the customer within 30 days, after which the items will be disposed of.Â
